"The Ballpark @ Big D" has a great ring to it. But, I think Arlington had the inside track for the new baseball park. It's basic greed of the owners and public official desperation that make public $ participation a requirement to build these new monstrosities. While your example is interesting it's not a $ for $ win for Arlington.
